Core Outplacement Program
The Core package provides professional resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile development to support a career transition at any stage. Participants work directly with a U.S.-based resume writer to create clear, role-appropriate materials aligned with their experience, goals, and next steps. This option is well suited for individuals who want high-quality documents and are comfortable managing their job search independently.

How It Works
Our outplacement programs are designed to be simple for employers to implement and meaningful for participants from day one.
Employer Experience
Employers select a program, choose the number of participants, and complete payment up front—no sales calls or gating required. Each participant receives an activation code that allows them to independently access the service, while employers retain flexibility if codes are not used.
